Preventative and on-call maintenance, regardless of who built your facilities.
Our licensed in-house service technicians handle anything from HVAC and electrical repairs to scheduled preventative maintenance and simple repairs to small remodels. And, our certified commercial property inspector can evaluate your current or future building.

She’s known for building authentic partnerships by aligning client visions with tailored design and construction solutions, always grounded in trust and transparency. Erin’s passion extends beyond projects – she’s a committed community advocate through the Urban Land Institute, Mercy Health Foundation and CREW NWA, and she actively fosters a culture of collaboration and integrity through mentorship and industry development.

Jeff had his first internship with Hutton and started at Hutton after graduating college at Kansas State University. Working as a project manager and team leader on some of Hutton's largest commercial construction projects, Jeff now leads the Hutton Facility Services and Hutton Energy Services teams. Under Jeff's leadership, HFS has grown in size and geographical reach across Kansas and Arkansas, and added preventative and proactive maintenance to HFS's on-call and warranty services.

Andy is no stranger to designing or building. He earned a civil engineering degree from K-State and worked several years in Wichita as a design engineer, leading the construction of ethanol plants across the U.S. After working as a project manager and later as a team leader at Hutton, he was promoted to the role of president in 2016.

It started with Lincoln Logs, LEGO and an imagination. Matt built whatever he could dream up. In high school, he started to dream more elaborately, drawing and designing buildings that were not toys but towers. He followed his vision to Kansas State University, earning a degree in architecture, and then to Hutton Design+Build, where every day his job is about designing and dreaming and turning ideas into reality.

Karlyn is passionate about designing spaces that positively impact lives, blending creativity with strategic problem-solving to deliver innovative architectural solutions. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, her expertise spans programming and early project phases, architectural renderings, graphic presentations and visual design, complemented by strong client interaction skills that foster collaboration and ensure project success.

Spencer grew up helping with the family business, including pouring concrete, installing grain bins, running combines during harvest and working cattle during the winter. He attended Kansas State University and played football under coach Bill Snyder, where he learned discipline, accountability and the true concept of a team. With a true passion for his craft, Spencer embodies the Hutton way.
