HUTTON OPENS FIFTH KANSAS LOCATION IN MANHATTAN

Hutton Design+Build is proud to announce the opening of its newest permanent location in Manhattan, KS at 103 N 3rd Street, Suite A. Located at the corner of Third and Poyntz, this marks Hutton’s fifth Kansas office, creating a dedicated space for the company’s local team members and enhancing its ability to serve clients throughout Northern Kansas. The Manhattan team will continue delivering projects across sectors like K-12 education, healthcare, commercial development and higher education, building on decades of experience in the region.

The new office not only provides a convenient hub for local team members but also strengthens Hutton’s commitment to the Manhattan community. This location allows Hutton to deepen its partnerships and better support clients at every stage of their building journey, from initial planning to maintenance and beyond.
