HUTTON FACILITY SERVICES EXPANDS WITH NEW WICHITA LOCATION

As the needs of commercial and industrial facilities continue to grow, so does the demand for reliable, responsive facility maintenance. Hutton Facility Services is meeting that demand with a new home at 615 W. Maple St. in Wichita’s Delano District.

The new location gives Hutton Facility Services more office space, a significantly larger shop and room to support the continued growth of its team and services. Located just a few blocks from Hutton’s headquarters, the facility puts the division in a central location while giving its technicians and support staff the space and resources they need to serve clients throughout Kansas and Northwest Arkansas.

Hutton Facility Services provides a single solution for ongoing facility needs, whether a building needs an immediate repair, routine preventative maintenance or a larger facility project. The team’s licensed service technicians provide 24/7 emergency on-call service, HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs, commercial handyman services, scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance.

But maintaining a facility is about more than responding when something breaks. Hutton Facility Services also helps clients plan ahead through facility condition assessments, capital expenditure planning and real estate due diligence. For facilities that need improvements, the team can handle small commercial remodels and renovations, building envelope rehabilitation, HVAC equipment replacement, lighting upgrades and other projects.

That combination of immediate service and long-term planning gives facility owners and managers a partner who can help them make informed decisions about one of their organization’s most important assets. Hutton Facility Services serves clients across commercial, industrial, manufacturing, education, health care and community environments.

The new facility also houses Hutton Energy Services, which provides alternative energy solutions for commercial and industrial facilities, including solar photovoltaic systems, energy storage, emergency power generators and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The team also provides preventative and on-call maintenance for solar arrays, EV charging stations, battery storage systems and generators, along with electrical system performance audits.

The expansion in Wichita comes as Hutton continues to grow its presence beyond Kansas. Hutton Facility Services serves clients throughout Kansas and Northwest Arkansas, with teams positioned to provide responsive maintenance and facility support in both states.

The new location is more than a new address. It represents Hutton’s continued investment in the people, resources and capabilities needed to help clients care for their facilities today while planning for what comes next.
