He later pursued this interest in bringing beauty and order to raw materials by studying construction science at K-State. Andy knows how to collect the right little pieces and make something bigger and better.

With a natural instinct for identifying what needs to get done, Clarissa moves fluidly between office coordination and field support — digging into project numbers, wrangling schedules, and keeping communication clear between the Hutton team, owners and trade partners. Clarissa has a gift for stepping into almost any gap on a project and finding a way to make it happen.

Shawn brings extensive experience in regional banking, commercial lending, and community leadership to his role in business development at Hutton. Shawn has spent his career building strong relationships, which gives him a deep understanding of the businesses, municipalities and communities that make up Western Kansas, and a practical perspective on what clients need from a trusted partner. Shawn connects clients across the region with the full depth of Hutton's capabilities, earning trust through genuine relationships and a long-standing commitment to the communities he serves.

Ryan chose a career in construction because he enjoys being on a jobsite overseeing a project while learning new things every day. On your project, Ryan will coordinate work, procure materials, perform building layout, check quality, work with subcontractors, and complete any other on-site project management task to ensure your project is successful.

For Alexi, construction brings together everything he loves working with — a variety of materials and a unique mix of people. Alexi solves problems quickly and learns even quicker — he’s a great addition to your team as a project manager. As a Garden City native, Alexi has a passion for building projects that make a positive difference in the community.

As a teen, Alec worked for his family’s construction business in Cimarron, which motivated him to earn a construction science degree at K-State. This early jobsite experience fueled a passion for seeing a project evolve, from initial owner visualization to final completion. His responsibilities on your project include daily oversight of construction activity, jobsite coordination and safety.

Originally from Sublette, Avigael worked as an electrician early in his career. This sparked his interest in the construction industry and led him to pursue degrees from Dodge City Community College and Pittsburg State University. You will appreciate Avigael working on your project because of his quality- and safety-first mentality.

Mario chose this career path because he values seeing projects come together from start to finish and contributing to something tangible. Motivated by collaboration, Mario enjoys working with others toward a common goal while continuing to build his expertise in planning and coordination for high-quality construction projects.
