Fanestil Meats needed enough space to both triple their raw food processing/cooking capacity and to improve the workplace quality for the employees. Hutton was able to design-build a new facility for their beef and pork packaging operations.

This addition provides a 32,500 SF of food processing, cold and frozen storage, and packaging space, as well as a 6,000 SF office and wellness space for employees.

CLEAN, COLD, INCREASED CAPACITY
To provide an adequate space for the tons of raw meat moving through the facility, Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) were installed facing the interior instead of the exterior to create a cleaner, reliably cold refrigerated processing/storage space inside the facility.
