KEEPING STUDENTS SAFE
USD 206 Remington understands that the safety and security of students is paramount. From secured entryways and storm shelters to accessible entries and expanded special education areas, this project made sure that every student is given a secure and supportive place to learn. The belief that a safe and supportive learning environment is key to academic success empowered the Remington community to fund these important upgrades.

INNOVATIVE LEARNING SPACES
In addition to enhancing student safety, the scope also included significant upgrades to Remington’s academic facilities. Hutton constructed flexible classrooms and a new maker space, providing high school students with the tools and resources to explore potential careers, study for exams and prepare for their future. Other work included a new media center/library for the middle school. Connected to the tech lab, this media center provides middle schoolers a space for hands-on learning, project-based exploration and independent study.
