VETERINARY EMERGENCY & SPECIALTY HOSPITAL OF WICHITA
As they outgrew their aging facility, Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Wichita turned to Hutton to design and build their dream building. “This was a project I had been thinking about for more than 10 years,” said Dr. Brock Lofgreen, Medical Director at Veterinary Emergency Specialty Hospital of Wichita. “Having one team, in one building made the process move quickly and the communication was excellent.”

DETAILS
Hutton designed and built 11,000 square feet of new clinic space and renovated an existing 6,000 square feet for support and education.

Of all the vinyl wall graphics in the building, the largest is the french bulldog in the lobby that stands eight feet tall.

PATIENT FOCUSED
The 17,000-square-foot space includes exam rooms, intensive care, a large procedure area and hydrotherapy. “The impact the new space will have on our ability to take on and care for patients in this area is massive,” said Lofgreen. “Not only did we triple our surgical suites, but the flow through the building is so much better.”

"I could always tell the Hutton team was as invested as our team."
