GRACEMED
Providing health services to underserved urban areas, GraceMed was adding a clinic in south Wichita and asked Hutton to help them build it. “They knew that we were not just another private clinic,” said Dave Sanford, CEO of the clinic. “That permeated the project. They just got our vision and executed it perfectly.”

DID YOU KNOW?
The project won the 2017 Wichita Business Journal Real Estate Award for project of the year.

NO SURPRISES
The new clinic, completed in 2016, was 15,600 square feet and included 17 exam and seven dental rooms. It was completed on time and under budget, despite more than 40 inches of rain that fell over the course of the project. “They always kept us in the loop,” said Sanford. “There were no surprises. In fact, they far exceeded our expectations many, many times.”

HEART AND SOUL
From the top down, Sanford said the staff was supportive and committed through the project. “The Hutton personnel caught our vision, they understood the importance, and then they put their heart and soul into the work so that the end product was exactly what was expected.”
