After years of growth, an addition and a remodel, our headquarters in Wichita was no longer able to hold our team members comfortably. In 2019, we announced the Hutton world headquarters would be moving to the Historic Delano District, and in December 2020 we made the move.

Our campus headquarters (which opened in 2020) is our fourth building in Wichita in our 30+ year history.
DOWNTOWN VISION
When you care about community, you put down roots. Finished in 2021, we used the design-build method to remodel a 3,840 SF space in downtown Salina to house our expanding team. In the process, the renovation helped to revitalize an area of Salina. Working closely with a team of local subcontractors, we reshaped this former industrial space in a way that highlights Hutton’s strengths and scope of service.
BOOMING AND BLOOMING
We first opened an office in Garden City in 2008. Over the years, we outgrew the space and were looking for something downtown. We found it in an empty building that had housed many businesses over the years, including a pool hall.

Hutton’s newest office in Manhattan, KS represents more than a new address – it’s a long-term investment in a region we’ve served for years. Designed and renovated by our own team, the space at Third and Poyntz reflects our commitment to building lasting partnerships in the communities where we live and work.
