When Hilton’s Homewood Suites wanted their new six story, 114-room hotel built in Downtown Salina, KS, they turned to Hutton Design+Build. Between coordinating with the City of Salina, Hilton management and the dozens of subcontractors, the team in our Salina office excelled at the job at hand.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY
On a job of this scale, construction often begins while architects are still designing the space. For this project, our team needed to communicate constantly with multiple architects while simultaneously managing 133,000 SF of an active jobsite.
