Award of contract is contingent upon proof of bidder’s financial solvency, previous success with similar work, satisfactory safety record, and other considerations. Completion of this form is the sole method for providing that information. Bidders who fail to provide all requested information may be disqualified. The determination of your firm’s qualification is at the sole discretion of Hutton and our clients.
